Definition:

The quality score is a component of the Ad ranking algorithm which determines the position of your PPC ad on Google search engine results page (SERPs). The quality score is an indicator for Google search of how relevant your ads, keywords and landing pages are to one another and the relevancy to the search phrase being used by the customer.
