Testimonial

Definition:

A testimonial is a verbal or written statement affirming the performance, quality and/or value of a product or service to potential or existing customers. Testimonials are a form of social proof as people often look to others in times of uncertainty (e.g. the first time they purchase a product) to guide their decisions.
